Ce lundi 16 juin 2025, Timothée Lenoir Efika, figure connue de la communication politique et influent leader d’opinion kinois, a fait une sortie fracassante. Il révèle des éléments troublants sur des décisions administratives prises sous l’ère de l’ancien ministre Tony Mwaba.
Selon Lenoir, plusieurs chefs d’antennes de la DINACOPE ainsi que des sous-proved de l’EPST auraient été purement et simplement limogés sans aucun motif valable. Ces décisions, qu’il qualifie d’« arbitraires et injustifiées », concernent des agents en poste dans cinq provinces administratives : Kinshasa, Kwilu, Lomami, Kasaï et Kasaï Central.
« Ces fonctionnaires ont été écartés sans procédure claire, ni justification officielle. Ce genre de gestion met en péril la crédibilité de l’administration publique », déplore Timothée Lenoir, tout en appelant à une enquête administrative.Surnommé « l’homme du désarmement » pour ses prises de position tranchées, Lenoir n’en est pas à sa première dénonciation. Mais cette fois-ci, ses révélations visent directement l’intégrité du système éducatif national.
En guise d’appel à la responsabilité, il invite les actuelles autorités de l’EPST à restaurer un climat de justice, de transparence et de bonne gouvernance au sein de ce secteur névralgique.
Alors que ces révélations commencent à agiter les réseaux sociaux et certains milieux syndicaux, une question s’impose : Que s’est-il réellement passé dans les coulisses du ministère sous Tony Mwaba ? Une nouvelle boîte de Pandore semble bel et bien ouverte.
