Cette nomination, qui intervient dans un contexte de restructuration stratégique de l’appareil organisationnel du parti, consacre l’un des jeunes cadres réputés pour sa rigueur et son sens élevé du management.
En confiant à Paul TUMBA cette mission hautement sensible, le Président national Seth KIKUNI mise sur un profil polyvalent, capable de renforcer la discipline administrative et de moderniser la logistique interne du parti.
Un choix stratégique : selon des sources proches de la direction, ce poste clé vise à améliorer la coordination et la fluidité des actions au sein du Cabinet présidentiel.
