Réunis en Assemblée générale extraordinaire le jeudi 28 janvier 2026 au siège de l’Association des Cadres Scientifiques (ACS) de l’Université de Kinshasa (UNIKIN), les membres des collectifs ACS, SYNACASS et SYNCAS-RDC ont exprimé une vive colère face à une note circulaire récemmentr signée par la Ministre de l’Enseignement Supérieur et Universitaire, de la Recherche Scientifique et de l’Innovation (ESURSI), Marie-Thérèse Sombo.
Sous la conduite des présidents Michel Mayamba Luzolo et Christian Andinga, les participants ont dénoncé une décision jugée déconnectée des réalités du terrain, estimant qu’elle menace l’équilibre du secteur de l’enseignement supérieur et de la recherche scientifique en République démocratique du Congo.
À l’issue de longs échanges et délibérations, l’Assemblée générale a adopté plusieurs résolutions fortes, dont la principale consiste à solliciter une audience urgente auprès de la Ministre de l’ESURSI dans un délai de 48 heures. Cette rencontre vise à exposer à l’autorité de tutelle les difficultés concrètes auxquelles font face les cadres scientifiques et les syndicats du secteur.
Les collectifs ont insisté sur leur attachement au dialogue constructif, à la concertation et à une collaboration responsable entre le ministère de tutelle et les acteurs académiques et scientifiques du pays, condition essentielle à la stabilité et à la qualité de l’enseignement supérieur.
En attendant la réponse de la Ministre Marie-Thérèse Sombo, les collectifs ACS, SYNACASS et SYNCAS-RDC appellent l’ensemble de leurs membres à rester en état d’alerte, prêts à défendre leurs droits et intérêts.
