L’opposant congolais et président du parti politique Nouvel Élan, Adolphe Muzito, a été nommé vice-Premier ministre du Budget dans le gouvernement Suminwa II, dit « gouvernement d’ouverture ».
C’est au cours d’une série d’ordonnances présidentielles, lues par la porte-parole du président Félix Tshisekedi, Madame Tina Salama, sur les antennes de la Radio Télévision Nationale Congolaise (RTNC) dans la nuit, que cette nomination a été annoncée.
Outre Adolphe Muzito, Éliezer Ntambwe, Grâce Kutino et d’autres personnalités font leur première entrée dans la gestion de l’État sous le régime de Félix Tshisekedi.
