Affectueusement appelé par les siens « l’avocat du peuple » Simon Likunda dénonce davantage l’insécurité qui bat le record à Tshopo et appelle les autorités à prendre des mesures efficaces pour lutter contre ces fléaux.
Par ailleurs, il dénonce la mauvaise face de faire les choses des agents de l’ordre ( la police ) qui occasionne beaucoup de dégâts dans ladite ville. Suite à ce mauvais traitement de la police, il laisse entendre qu’on garçon venait de prendre la vie récemment parce que les agents de la police ont tiré à balles réelles sur des jeunes qui voulaient manifester pour montrer leur mécontentement face cette montée en puissance de l’insécurité dans leur entité.
À fin, un message de condoléances a été lancé à la famille biologique de l’illustre disparu par ce leader de la Tshopo.
