En tournée de consultation électorale dans l’espace Grand Kasaï, le président national de la Dynamique Progressiste Révolutionnaire (DYPRO) a décrété une ville morte à Lubao dans la province de la Lomami.
Cette initiative fait suite l’enclavement, la précarité et le sous développement constaté par Constant Mutamba dans cette partie du pays.
Au moment où nous rédigeons ces lignes, la population a obtempéré au mot d’ordre donné par le leader de la NOGEC.
Signalons que dans la localité de Lubao dans la Lomami, Constant Mutamba a procédé à l’installation des fontaines d’eau et projecteurs pour l’éclairage public au bénéfice de la population.
