Kinshasa, 15 juin 2025 – Une foule immense s’est mobilisée le dimanche 15 juin sur le terrain Assossa, dans la commune de Kasa-Vubu, à l’appel du parti Agissons pour la République (AREP). L’événement a été marqué par la présence de Guy LOANDO, autorité morale du parti.
Dans son discours d’ouverture, Guy LOANDO a mis l’accent sur la foi, invitant la foule à prier pour la nation et à rendre gloire à Dieu. Il a ensuite rappelé que la seule voie légitime pour accéder au pouvoir demeure les élections.
« Pour accéder au pouvoir, il faut passer par l’élection. Au Congo, on ne récupère pas le pouvoir par les armes », a-t-il martelé sous les acclamations de la foule.La situation dans l’Est du pays
Abordant la situation sécuritaire, notamment à Goma, au Plateau et à Masisi, Guy LOANDO a dénoncé les velléités de certains groupes cherchant à s’approprier des territoires congolais.
« Nous leur disons non ! Des millions de personnes ont déjà perdu la vie. Il est temps d’en finir », a-t-il déclaré d’un ton ferme.Soutien au président Félix Tshisekedi
L’autorité morale de l’AREP a également exprimé son soutien indéfectible au président Félix-Antoine Tshisekedi, saluant sa détermination face aux épreuves.
« Dieu est avec toi, nos ancêtres te soutiennent », a-t-il affirmé, s’adressant directement au chef de l’État.Appel à la transparence économique
Sur le plan économique, LOANDO a insisté sur la gestion transparente des ressources naturelles du pays dont le cuivre, coltan, diamant, etc. Il a proposé une consultation avec les entreprises exploitantes afin d’assurer le respect des droits des Congolais.
« Il est temps que les ressources profitent d’abord au peuple congolais », a-t-il souligné.Réalisations et projets d’avenir
Parmi les avancées récentes, Guy LOANDO a salué l’élection de la RDC au Conseil de sécurité de l’ONU, symbole de la montée diplomatique du pays. Il a également présenté un programme ambitieux pour les 145 territoires, d’un budget de 1,6 milliard USD, centré sur l’éducation et la santé.
Réponse aux critiques
Réagissant aux attaques sur les réseaux sociaux, il a dénoncé la désinformation visant les autorités. Il a rappelé les efforts concrets du président Tshisekedi, notamment le doublement des salaires des militaires et policiers et les progrès dans le secteur de la santé.
Dialogue et respect mutuel
Enfin, Guy LOANDO a réitéré l’engagement de son parti pour le dialogue national et régional, appelant à des relations pacifiques entre pays voisins.
« Nous, Agissons pour la République, sommes favorables au dialogue. Nous encourageons le président Tshisekedi à parler avec nos frères rwandais, pour qu’ils respectent notre terre, comme nous respectons la leur. »Rappelons que cette grande manifestation a réuni des milliers de participants venus de la Funa, de Tshangu et de Mont-Amba, dans une ambiance à la fois festive et engagée.
