En outre, Il invite les jeunes à se poser des questions essentielles : « Qu’est-ce que je fais pour qu’hier soit différent d’aujourd’hui ? » et « Qu’est-ce que je fais pour que demain soit différent d’aujourd’hui ? » Ces interrogations suscitent une réflexion sur place de la jeunesse dans ce pays .
Il aborde le thème de l’innovation en économie, en mentionnant Robert Chapenteur et sa théorie sur le développement par étapes. Il ajoute un sixième type d’innovation : « l’innovation organisationnelle, » qui concerne la structuration de nos actions et ressources.
Il souligne que si la province de la Tshuapa n’évolue pas, il est crucial d’analyser nos habitudes, qui forment nos systèmes de pensée. « Le paradigme peut nous élever ou nous freiner ; il est essentiel pour bâtir une nation innovante et prospère. »
Le professeur rappelle que le développement est avant tout culturel et doit être accepté par la société. Il évoque l’importance d’encourager l’agriculture, souvent négligée dans les discussions politiques.
« Il ne faut pas ignorer l’actualité des accords entre la RDC et le Rwanda, qui sont une condition préalable pour des avancées économiques avec les États-Unis. Le professeur décrit le cadre du Programme de Désarmement, Démobilisation et Réinsertion Sociale (PDDRS) et son lien avec la résolution 2277 des Nations Unies » a-t-il lâché
