Le président et l’initiateur du Front des Jeunes pour le Sursaut Patriotique/Fatshi20, Timothe le noir, ainsi que toutes les parties prenantes à cette structure de soutien aux actions du Chef de l’État pour la réussite totale de son second mandat, lancent officiellement les consultations publiques pour la jeunesse, qui se tiennent à travers Kinshasa, précisément au Centre d’Études Pour l’Action Sociale (CEPAS) du 25 au 26 janvier 2024.
Le président Timothe était présent à CEPAS ce jeudi pour l’occasion afin de donner le go, et ce, en présence de plusieurs leaders politiques et jeunes de la région.
Ces consultations publiques ont pour objectif de recueillir les besoins, les ambitions et les préoccupations des jeunes, des acteurs du milieu de la jeunesse (confessions religieuses), et organismes publics ainsi que des chercheuses et chercheurs à travers la République pour établir les bases du prochain gouvernement en RDC.
Sur ce, la population, particulièrement les jeunes ainsi que les acteurs du milieu de la jeunesse, sont invitée à s’exprimer lors de ces consultations qui se penchent, entre autres, sur 3 axes d’intervention : soutien du Chef de l’État pour la réussite de son second mandat, organisation du prochain gouvernement, et la représentativité de la jeunesse à 25% au gouvernement à venir.
Pourquoi « Fatshi 20 » ?
Comme un père de la nation, le Chef de l’État a besoin d’être accompagné avec une nouvelle dynamique et une nouvelle synergie pour la réussite de son second mandat accordé par la population, à 80%, la jeunesse congolaise, a expliqué le président Timothe.
C’est ici même que réside la motivation d’organiser ces activités riches en couleurs pendant deux jours à Kinshasa la capitale.
Raison pour laquelle l’initiateur de ce cadre laisse entendre que, la qualité de l’Informateur désignera la qualité du Premier Ministre et la qualité de ce dernier déterminera ensuite la qualité du gouvernement qui se faufile à l’horizon.
« Nous ne voulons pas voir le prochain gouvernement être composé des vielles figures de la politique congolaise mais il est souhaitable que ce gouvernement puisse avoir en soi un mélange entre les jeunes et vieux afin de mieux faire fonctionner le pays. », a déclaré Timothe le noir, président national de Fatshi 20.
Rappelons que, ces consultations dureront pendant deux jours à Kinshasa, précisément à CEPAS dans la Commune de la Gombe, soit de ce jeudi 25 au vendredi 26 janvier 2024.
Il sied de noter que, ce vendredi en début d’après-midi, le Coordonnateur national de Fatshi 20 et tous ses collaborateurs ainsi que toutes les parties prenantes à ces consultations se dirigeront à la Présidence de la République pour déposer leur mémorandum. Ce mémo sera accompagné d’une lettre de demande d’audience au premier citoyen congolais et garant de la nation Félix Antoine Tshisekedi Tshilombo afin de faire parvenir à ce dernier leur ras-le-bol.
Ont pris par à ce premier jour des consultations, Me Michel Tshiamala Coordonnateur national de la Ligue des Jeunes de l’Union Sacrée, Mme Florence pour le compte de l’UNC N’sele, Mr Edo Angani communicateur de l’UDPS, Président Chance Ngimbi de l’Union des Jeunes des Confessions religieuses et tant d’autres membres et personnalités politiques.
