Kinshasa, 11 janvier 2026 – Revenant sur les deux voyages successifs du Président de la République, Félix-Antoine Tshisekedi Tshilombo, en Angola, le Coordonnateur principal du mouvement Alerte-RDC, Jeef Pambi, a livré sa lecture politique et stratégique de ces rencontres devant les professionnels des médias.
Pour Alerte-RDC, les deux rencontres successives entre le Président congolais et son homologue angolais, João Lourenço, constituent les démarches diplomatiques les plus importantes à ce jour dans la recherche d’une solution durable à la crise sécuritaire qui sévit dans l’Est de la République démocratique du Congo, région victime de l’agression rwandaise.
Selon Jeef Pambi, le fait pour le Président Félix Tshisekedi de retourner à deux reprises en Angola ne saurait être interprété comme un auto-pédalage, malgré la signature d’accords intervenus aux États-Unis. Bien au contraire, il s’agirait d’une démarche responsable et stratégique visant à prendre des mesures conséquentes et adaptées à la réalité du terrain dans l’Est du pays.
À l’en croire, le Président João Lourenço figure parmi les dirigeants africains ayant conseillé au Chef de l’État congolais d’enclencher une phase interne dans le processus de recherche de la paix, estimant que certaines solutions doivent aussi émerger de l’intérieur du pays.
Bien que le processus de paix ait débuté en Angola avant de s’étendre aux États-Unis et au Qatar, le retour du Président Tshisekedi à Luanda, même s’il peut donner l’impression d’un recul, est perçu par Alerte-RDC comme un acte de sagesse politique. Jeef Pambi rappelle à ce sujet que la sagesse africaine, tout comme la sagesse biblique, enseigne qu’« est insensé celui qui ne tire pas les leçons du passé ».
Il affirme par ailleurs que son mouvement accompagnera sans réserve le Président de la République, en tant que première institution du pays, dans cette démarche visant à sortir la RDC de la crise sécuritaire. Pour Alerte-RDC, le Président n’a pas droit à l’échec : l’échec n’est pas une option.
Si la réussite du processus de paix implique de repenser certaines stratégies antérieures, Alerte-RDC estime qu’il n’y a aucune honte à revoir ses positions lorsque l’intérêt supérieur de la nation l’exige. C’est d’ailleurs dans cet esprit que les notions de pardon et de remise en question trouvent tout leur sens, tant dans la Bible que dans la vie quotidienne.
Enfin, Alerte-RDC se réjouit de ce qu’elle considère comme un retour progressif à une approche plus inclusive et introspective du processus de paix. Le mouvement réaffirme son soutien total au Président Félix Tshisekedi et soutient que la paix durable dans l’Est de la RDC passera également par des décisions internes courageuses et responsables.
