Kinshasa, 30 septembre 2025 – Gouverner, c’est prévoir. Fidèle à cette maxime, le Directeur de la SNEL Kinshasa Centre (DKC), M. Kajabika Irenge, a procédé ce mardi au lancement officiel de la campagne d’élaboration du budget pour l’exercice 2026.
Face aux médias, il a rappelé le caractère incontournable de cet exercice :
« Le travail que nous venons de faire aujourd’hui est une obligation, c’est un exercice auquel nous nous sommes procurés, c’était déjà prévu. Chaque mois de septembre, chaque entité du pays, sur tous les plans de la société et même au niveau du gouvernement, doit préparer l’année suivante dès le mois de septembre. »
Désormais, les différentes commissions seront mises à contribution pour examiner les priorités et présenter un budget qui réponde aux besoins réels de la clientèle.
L’objectif de cette démarche, selon le DKC, est clair : améliorer la qualité du service. Le budget 2026 ambitionne de renforcer le réseau, d’optimiser les indicateurs de gestion et de réduire les faiblesses qui affectent encore la performance.
En engageant ce processus dès à présent, la SNEL Kinshasa Centre veut se donner les moyens d’offrir à ses abonnés un service plus fiable et plus efficace dans les années à venir.
