Le Ministre d’État, Ministre de la Justice et Garde des Sceaux, Constant Mutamba a reçu ce lundi 24 Juin 2024, dans son cabinet de travail, les responsables des confessions religieuses pour échanger sur la décision prise par le patron de la justice congolaise relativement à la suppression du Folio 92 sur toute l’étendue de la république démocratique du Congo.
Décision rendue publique dans un communiqué signé par le directeur de cabinet du ministre d’État demandant aux Associations sans but lucratif et église ne disposant pas de la personnalité juridique de s’en procurer.
La première audience avec monseigneur Donatien Nshole qui a rassuré le Minetat sur l’accompagnement de l’église dans l’exécution de la charge que l’état lui a confié d’une part et a plaidé sur la spoliation des concessions de l’église dans l capitale y compris quelques provinces du pays.
L’église du Christ au Congo ECC apporte son soutien au ministre d’État, ministre de la justice et garde des sceaux. Son Excellence Constant Mutamba a reçu la délégation de l’ECC conduite par le Révérend Moïse Bemba, a au nom du Représentant légal de cette église, présenté les civilités au patron de la justice congolaise et a profité de ce moment pour avoir des directives claires, concernant la décision de son Excellence sur les ASBL et confessions religieuses fonctionnant au pays avec le » F92″, a qui il a donné 30 jours pour se conformer.
Autre audience avec les confessions religieuses, Ces hommes de l’architecte du monde avec la même voix ils sont exprimés leurs desideratas de vouloir remettre de l’ordre dans le secteur religieux, notamment la nuisance sonore, ensemble avec le Minetat ils sont pris l’engagement de créer une commission paritaire pour pouvoir suivrez minutieusement les non conformes et le respect des textes régissant l’installation et exercices de la religion en RDC a fait savoir l’archevêque, EJIBA YA MAPIA président de la plate forme des confessions religieuses a la sortie de l’audience.
Dans sa vision d’assainir le secteur de la justice constant mutamba a accordé un moratoire d’un mois aux concernés, afin de se conformer aux prescrits légaux.
