Un père de famille a été retrouvé mort dans la forêt le lundi dernier et laissant derrière lui 16 enfants et 2 femmes dans le territoire de Dimbelenge au Kasaï-central.
Selon Pascal Musungayi, coordonnateur de la Dynamique pour le Développement de Dimbelenge, l’illustre disparue serait tuer par les habitants du groupement voisin de leur territoire suite aux disputes de limite de terre entre les villes de Bakua Mayi et Bakua Lukusa.
À lui d’enrichir que ce conflit qui venait de coûter la vie à cet homme date depuis des années et la non implication des autorités territoriales à ce dossier a occasionné plusieurs dégâts dans la vie quotidienne de la population du secteur de Lubi dans ce territoire.
Il exhorte le gouvernement provincial du Kasaï-Central de prendre à bras le corps ce dossier en plaçant un bon nombre des agents de l’ordre ( la police) pour établir la paix dans cette entité déconcentrée du Kasaï-Central.
À l’en croire, l’insuffisance des agents de la police dans ce coin du pays serait l’une des raisons qui font durer cette situation.
À lui de confirmer que, le mois passé le territoire de Dimbelenge a été l’un des territoires les plus secoués et plongés dans les conflits champêtres et d’autres sont jusque-là non résolu.
