Une foule importante des jeunes congolais en général et des kinois en particulier a manifesté ce mercredi 20 novembre, pour démontrer son soutien indéfectible aux réformes judiciaires qui doivent être mis en place après les états généraux de la justice et à la révision de certaines dispositions de la Constitution.
Le boulevard du 30 juin et l’avenue de la libération (24 novembre) ont accueilli de milliers de Kinois venus de quatre coins de la Capitale congolaise. Objectif, s’approprier et soutenir toutes les résolutions sorties des assises des États généraux de la justice organisés par le Ministère de la Justice sous le Haut Patronage du Magistrat suprême Félix Tshisekedi, au Centre financier de Kinshasa du 06 au 16 novembre dernier.
Dans leur déclaration faite devant le Palais du peuple, ils estiment qu’il est temps de la révolution dans le secteur de la justice après la tenue de ces assises qui ont donné les résolutions qui guériront la justice dont les maladies ont été décelées.
Ainsi, ils disent :
- Oui à l’application urgente de toutes les résolutions sorties de ces assises ;
- Oui à la révision de certaines dispositions de la Constitution pour permettre la mise en application de certaines résolutions;
- Oui à l’application d’une justice égale, distributive et équitable ;
- Oui à la mise en place du Conseil Supérieur de Justice qui va intégrer toutes les composantes de la justice ; etc.
Enfin, ils ont réitéré leur soutien indéfectible au Ministre d’Etat, Ministre de la justice et Garde des Sceaux Me. Constant MUTAMBA TUNGUNGA, qui a manifesté sa volonté d’apporter un vrai changement dans ce secteur. Surtout, en organisant avec dévouement animé d’un esprit patriotique.
Il sied de noter que cette marche a débuté à la Place Royal dans la Commune de la Gombe passant par le Boulevard du 30 juin, avenue de la libération ( ex 24 novembre) pour se terminer au Palais du peuple, où, les élus du peuple feront tout pour appuyer ces réformes tant attendues par les congolais.
À travers cette activité, la jeunesse kinoise a montré qu’elle n’est plus dupe encore moins distraite. Elle a démontré qu’elle est prête à soutenir les idées des autorités visant le changement seule voie qui peut amener son pays au développement.
Devant une foule immense, la jeunesse a fait attendre sa voix aux autorités car, quand la jeunesse se lève, c’est la nation qui change, dit-on.
