Après sa nomination au poste du Directeur Général Adjoint (DGA) de la société de Transports au Congo (TRANSCO) par Ordonnance présidentielle nommant les mandataires de l’État, le nouveau DGA Flory Bwatuka a répondu présent à la réunion des présidents cellulaires, organisé, le mercredi 23 novembre 2022. Profitant de cette occasion, il a rendu hommage au Secrétaire Général de l’Union pour la Démocratie et le Progrès Social (UDPS), Augustin Kabuya pour son élévation à ce poste de décision au sein de ladite société et au Collectif des Présidents Cellulaires pour leur soutien indéfectible qu’il ne cesse de le prouver.
Dans son speach, le tout nouveau DGA de TRANSCO n’a pas gardé sa langue dans sa poche et il a sincèrement remercié le Président de la République Démocratique du Congo, Félix Tshidekedi pour son choix porté sur lui, lors de la nomination des mandataires de l’État.
Se confiant aux professionnels des médias, Flory Bwatuka a déclaré être très reconnaissant à l’endroit du S.G Kabuya et au Collectif des Présidents Cellulaires.
« (..), Je ne cesserai d’être très reconnaissant à l’endroit du Secrétaire Général Augustin Kabuya, il m’a fait l’honneur parmi les nombreux. La joie était immense de voir tous les présidents cellulaires d’être très content de ma nomination et ils ont manifesté ça devant le Secrétaire Général et je me suis donné le devoir de venir leur dire au revoir aujourd’hui. Je ne serais plus très visible dans certaines réunions, mais je veux dans ce cadre dire au revoir à mes anciens collègues présidents cellulaires et leur promettre mon soutien indéfectible à ce collectif. Aujourd’hui, les gens doivent savoir qu’à l’UDPS la force réside à la base et la vraie base c’est les cellules de bases. Ça ne sert à rien de faire le gros dos, que chacun qui se réclame de l’UDPS trouve une cellule de base et qu’il exerce la politique dans sa cellule de base… », a déclaré le DGA Flory Bwatuka.
Il a indiqué que cette réunion était aussi une occasion pour lui de remercier ses collègues du collectif des présidents cellulaires de l’Union pour la Démocratie et le Progrès Social (UDPS).
Pour se faire, Flory Buatuka laisse entendre que le combat du collectif des présidents cellulaires de l’UDPS a payé à 60%, après l’élévation de deux de leurs comme mandataires de l’Etat par l’Ordonnance présidentielle.
Notons que Flory Bwatuka ne jure que sur la loyauté et la bonne gouvernance à la gestion de la chose public.
