“Nous avons été agréablement surpris par la vision du Ministre qui tient vraiment à nous accompagner dans la plupart de problème que nous avons, lesquels liés, surtout en ce qui nous concerne, à notre besoin de financement, problème lié à l’obsolescence de nos équipements de travail, problème lié à nos charges. La société n’est plus en production et en exploitation depuis une quarantaine d’année. Ce qui fait que le personnel connait une vingtaine d’année d’impaiement. Nous avons le poids d’une dette envers les partenaires sociaux et, sommes aussi incapable de protéger notre patrimoine immobilier et minier. Nos concessions minières sont envahis par des exploitants artisanaux. Autant de problèmes exposés au Ministre qui nous a félicité pour la clarté de notre exposé et nous a garantis de son accompagnement”, a renseigné, Constantin Mbengele PCA de cette entreprise de l’État qui promet de revenir encore une fois avec son équipe, après l’élaboration d’un mémo à le présenter pouvant ainsi lui permettre d’user de son pouvoir politique entant que président des entreprises de l’Etat pour obtenir des solutions à leur problème.
La Société Minière Commerciale Kisenge Manganèse est une entreprise publique congolaise spécialisée dans l’extraction et la valorisation du manganèse, un métal utilisé notamment dans la fabrication des batteries et des aciers.
Elle est placée sous la tutelle du Ministère du Portefeuille, qui est responsable pour la participation de l’État Congolais dans les entreprises publiques, commerciales et d’économie mixte.
